I view our beliefs about COVID-19 as an essential extension of our program philosophy. Should there be a time when public health orders are in place again in the future, please understand that we take guidance from California Childcare Licensing Division (CCLD) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) very seriously. We are fully vaccinated and boosted and only enroll families who parents are also fully vaccinated. The families at our school take our illness policies seriously and are respectful with keeping children home when they are ill.

I have been highly trained to assess health and safety practices in childcare settings. Even before the pandemic, we practiced The National Health and Safety Performance Standards established by The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Public Health Association (APHA), and the National Resource Center for Health and Safety in Child Care and Early Education (NRC). We continue to have a high standard for health and safety practices, and continue to keep ourselves informed with current research.
